I worked directly with the client, visiting their shop and understanding their vision. They previously had multiple websites trying to sell products online. I condensed their effort to one function, reliable, modern design platform.
Tasks included
- Define the scope of the project, including features and functionalities
- Create new SKU’s and organize inventory
- Develop e-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce to sell products online
- Create the website’s visual design, including layout, color schemes, and typography.
- Write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code when required for functionality
- Ensure scalability and reliability of the website
- Test website functionality across different devices and browsers

Website tools and technology have evolved continually, shaping the way we create, manage, and interact with content. From content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Umbraco to e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, these tools simplify website development and maintenance. Moreover, advancements in web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3, as well as JavaScript frameworks like jQuery and React have enabled the creation of highly interactive and visually appealing websites. I regularly use these tools and technologies on websites I design. I am also continually researching new methods to create more robust web experiences.
